About Me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I feel blessed to have the privilege of entering people’s lives on a daily basis. I hope to hear your story and support you where you are at!
It was a journey to reach this point in my life. Through personal struggles, completing graduate school, getting married, becoming a parent, and learning to have a healthy relationship with my husband and other people in my life. It is amazing how life’s up and downs can shape a person!
I enjoy working with a variety of clients, including children, teens, families, and couples. I have a particular interest in parenting, adolescents, and individuals struggling with anxiety and panic attacks. I also specialize in working with individuals and families impacted by Autism. Therapy can be provided in the community to help on-site with panic, anxiety, and social skills as appropriate. Sessions are also available online for convenience.
I provide a safe, caring, environment to allow you to feel open. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) to delve into how your thoughts affect your behaviors, and Solution Focused therapy, to take action in the moment and see quick results. I do Christian counseling as well, if desired, to bring spirituality into the session.
